Unprofessional host and inaccurate listing

Would NOT recommend to anyone. I walked in, turned right around and never went back. Host was UNRESPONSIVE and ghosted all my messages. The property is NOT as described. Parking is TERRIBLE, there is no front door, the AC unit was incredibly loud. Plastic outdoor furniture inside as cabinets, bunk bed is practically in the kitchen. It did NOT FEEL SAFE for me and my family. The kids were creeped out and wife refused to spend more than a minute in the house. Very unsatisfied with VRBO and hosts response to this stay.

Wonderful home base for Fort Worth and Dallas fun!

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this unit and recommend families to stay. The home is divided into four units- 2 in front, 2 in back. Each unit has 1 parking space. (Go SLOW up the driveway so you don't bump.) This unit felt more private in the back of the home. The pictures are exactly what you'll find when you open the door. Everything was clean and recently updated. You can tell thought was put into all aspects to make it feel homey for vacationers. We cooked dinner and breakfast and had evening drinks on the upstairs balcony. The kids (ages 8/10), LOVED the bunkbed- even built a hideout near the washer/dryer. The lower bunk is nearly on the floor- which my 10 year old wasn't thrilled about- but she ended up loving it and said it was so comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the space away in the upstairs bedroom with TV. We used our earbuds to connect at night, since it's a loft. The only "downside" is the train. We heard the squeal from the wheels at night- finally figured it out the source the last morning. We noticed the previous review en route, which gave us pause. All of us 100% disagree with the comments. We're not fussy people. Communication was fine. Owner sent our arrival details day of. We recommend you give this place a visit.

Disappointing Property

At arrival, no check-in information was provided. I contacted the agent immediately and it was provided within 10 minutes. Upon entry, the unit was very cold. The agent was again contacted and he provided instructions on how to adjust the temperature. Multiple attempts were made, videos were sent to show what we were doing to try to adjust but there was no resolution. We had to wear our coats the whole evening. The next morning I reached out again to see if the owner had a solution and he said he would send someone to look. We did not ever see anyone come out to look, but the owner said they had someone look. They did not, however provide any solution to address the temperature. I went to make coffee for the morning and noticed significant mold in the water receptacle of the coffee maker. I immediately contacted the owner and they stated they would send a replacement coffee maker and a room heater. We stayed three nights and these items never showed up. The owner never checked in to see if items arrived. I had to text for every conern and it often took an hour to get a response. I called and he did not anwer. Finally, this listing advertised a hot tub, which was the primary reason we rented this unit. There was no hot tub at all. Not even a bathtub. I notified the owner of the discrepancy. Overall, very disappointed with this property and the response from the owner to assist. Would not recommend this property.
