My group of 5 enjoyed our stay. The property manager provided a lot of useful information in the house book; local shopping, enetertainment, emergency numbers and addresses, nearby restaurants and more. The property has a coszy, home feel. It was comfortable, easy to access and secure. We felt safe. The property had been updated since the booking. Everything needed for the stay was provided. The property manager was accessible via text and accomodating.

VRBO Bad service

Verbal customer service was really horrible I requested the House 2 days before I was supposed to move in pay them in full the day I was supposed to go in I received a text message hours before I was supposed to check in and told me that the house was not available it was not supposed to be on market they said to me sorry and gave me my money back 5 days later my grandchildren and I was stuck out with nowhere to go they never tried to find me any place to go return my money and pretty much sent me on my way and I think that was horrible service I would not recommend verbal The Host the property manager was awesome he's the one that told me that they should have notified me he doesn't he didn't understand how the house was on the list he was great but VRBO I would not recommend really bad service
