We found the location to be great. Unfortunately, it rained a lot the first few days of our stay and we did not get to enjoy the Russian River as planned. But the river is a short walk away. 「Cute cottage. The outdoor chairs in front were very old and worn out. The furniture by the hot tub was dirty from being under the trees but we used one of the sheets and it was fine. was dirty」

「Very nice riverfront property in a quiet neighborhood near Guerneville on the Russian River. View of the river off the back deck was quite scenic and the hot tub was an added pleasure.The interior was modern , clean and met all our needs. The drive to Santa Rosa was a bit longer than we’d like (About 30 minutes) but we got used to it. We would stay again if we go back to Sonoma county.」

「Clean, spacious, and comfortable home. Behind the backyard fence is road so traffic can sound noisy at times. The morning was peaceful though wrong birds singing and a river water sound flowing. Beds and couch were comfortable.Somethings to know about the house. It was difficult to get to. Maps took us to the street behind the house and the road is fenced off and unable to turn in. 「This home was ideal to celebrate my daughter's birthday with her friends! We enjoyed the location, and cooking up a feast. The dock was off limits because of the seasonal rains, however this news was communicated to us ahead of time and we made adjustments as to where to access the river and it did not impact our enjoyment for a long weekend. The girls loved the hot tubbing under the stars. Thank you for having us!」

「Our first trip to Sonoma County and we couldn’t have found a better location. The area was so beautiful and diversified with quaint towns surrounding it on the ocean, in the vineyard areas ,in the Redwood Forests , and on the Russian River. Fabulous place to stay.」

「We enjoyed our stay in the house tucked away in the trees. We are from AZ so it was nice to be surrounded by nature. It has a beautiful deck, but it was raining the week we were here, so we couldn’t enjoy it or the fire table. This house would be fun to stay in during the summer because it’s close to the river. It has a great open floor plan and had everything we needed. We couldn’t use the game room downstairs in the garage because it was so cold, but again, this would be a great family house...

「Beautiful creek property. Check in was easy. House was clean and ready upon arrival. Rear of property is especially nice.We all enjoyed exploring the creek.The gated parking was great. Only down side is the proximity to the highway. At night the cars passing on the highway seem loud and the headlights light up the inside of the cabin. Our teen slept in the loft area which has no curtain or blind. Adding a blind or curtains would block out the car headlights.」

「We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic necessities we needed. The best part was that it was only a 7-minute walk to a family member’s new home in Cobb, which made it incredibly convenient. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!」

「We stayed for 3 nights in February. Nice cozy home for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. We appreciated the large yard for the dogs. The hot tub was great for a dip at night. The neighborhood was great for mornings walks with the dogs. There's a new playground very close which would be great for little kids.」

「Joe’s home was perfect for me and my group of friends. The home was warm and welcoming, decorated beautifully, and spacious. Joe was extremely responsive and a fabulous host. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!」

「Spent a weekend here with family and friends. The vacation home is beautiful and very tastefully done! Offers spectacular views from front yard and backyard, and lots of entertainment with the game room and swimming pool. David is a warm and welcoming host, very easy to communicate with. We had a great time, and would definitely recommend this vacation home to those visiting the area!」

「We had a very relaxing time. Loved the convenience of the brewery across the street and having the jacuzzi every night already hot and ready for us. Bed was extremely cozy and having all the tv media outlets available for evening movies was a bonus too. 」
