“Close to airport ”

“位于机场五号航站楼，去市区可以坐火车快车去London Paddington Station伦敦市中心，15分钟一班很方便。这个宾馆作为旅行落脚点不错，其他就无所谓了。”

“2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. ”

“What impressed me the most was their staff. The front desk was professional and helpful suggesting different types of transportation to my destination (I think his name was Keith). The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food, the staffs were also extremely professional and attentive. ”

“The location is convenient and the room is comfortable. By comparing with our last experience, the ventilation system in the bath room has been improved. Suggested to use hand wash rather than soap which will be more appropriate to meet recycling purposes.”

“This hotel is a bit far from airport. May be a bit confusing to drive at night. Parking is horrible, the hotel had an event when I arrived. It took me at least 10 mins to get a parking. Overall, the service and the room is good. It is clean, quite and comfortable. One disappointment is "City View" is "Parking lot" view.”

“Beautiful property”

“I regularly stay in Coppid Beech for work as the staff are always very welcoming from the front desk through to the restaurant staff and the cleaning team. The gym facilities are extremely dated but do the job they are there to do. I’ve not used the wet facilities when on site as it’s normally quite busy. The room was excellently presented and bed was comfortable. The amenities in the room were suitable for my needs. The iron for the room I used wasn’t brilliant but I could blame my technique……

“The hotel is clean and there is a covered car park which is very good if you drive. The charge of the car park is £10 per day. The hotel is close to Legoland Windsor. The buffet dinner’s charge is £20 per adult which is value for money. One reason I chose this hotel is because it has a swimming pool. It was closed during my stay because of broken Pipe. I may stay in this hotel again next time maybe the day before I go to Heathrow.”

“At 9:16 in the morning, staff knocked my door and asked to check out. Then asked further: “when you check out?” I thought I was packing and nearly done (I left around 9:40), but having stayed so many over 200 hotels, this is the first time I have the stars knock on the door ask to check out, at 9:16am. ”

“We had a fantastic stay for my birthday at Danesfield House Hotel and Spa and the team went above and beyond for the special occasion organising a free room upgrade, plus chocolates & a birthday card in the room. We hadn't been for a few years & I had forgotten what a lovely hotel this is, definitely a great choice for a special, luxurious stay & all the staff provide excellent service. ”
