Only 3 beds and a table in family room. We have to pay for coffee and tea...
No shower gel and shampoo....
Room is very very dark. Only one light bulb insides the a whole family bedroom.
Everything is bad!”

“Perfect location where restaurants are nearby. Bus station and glacier hike building within 1 min walk. Room is spacious and tidy. Toilet is clean and the shampoo and washing gel provided are refreshing. However, wifi is quite unstable or maybe the room is far from the lobby.”

“For a 340nzd/night hotel, totally unacceptable. While the reception staff was friendly and helpful, the condition of the room preparation and facility was shockingly bad.
* No Shampoo in the room
* The casing of the air conditioner is open, exposing internal compartments and components. It appears someone might be fixing or cleaning it, but the job is unfinished and it was left open.
* The room's air conditioner was incredibly loud and made a constant, rapid ticking noise while running. When I……
