The tv did not work. Took 6 tries to get the WiFi to work as it was somewhat confusing at sign in. Then it was fine. "

"Very clean room. Mattress was like sleeping on a bag of potatoes, and I am short, hard for this senior to get in the bed. It was so noisy at night, had the room right next to the stairs, noise didn’t stop until 3am. No sleep for both nights. Shower was slippery and no grab bars. The window was closed but the cold air still came in. No instructions for tv, didn’t know how to work it. Just because I am a senior doesn’t mean I shouldn’t enjoy my stay. "
