"This is a nice property, clean and cozy. It does have 3 bedrooms but I will say that it is a very compact house. There is only one parking spot and it was tight for our Ford Explorer, there is street parking but it fills up fast. We had some difficulty finding it in the dark, it was also raining heavily which made it more challenging. The owner was very responsive and very helpful. Overall, We would give it a 9 out of 10, only because of the parking but I really don't think that much can be done about that unfortunately."

"Amenities were nice. Apartment was nice but there were some issues: can opener did not work, bought a new one and left it behind for other guests, same with the scissors in the knife block, handle snapped completely off, bought a new one and left it. The dryer stained all of our whites and light colored clothes. One white shirt looks like camo now. I don’t suggest having packages mailed to there, you will get a notification that it was delivered with a photo of its exact location, 20 minutes later you go down to grab it and it’s nowhere in sight. They have people that come in to organize the room and they will put it in a locker without telling you until you message them several times and even then you get the wrong code or a package that’s not even yours. And I STILL have a package that’s missing. Communication needs an upgrade. "

"The room had a strong smell of chemical cleaning agents when we arrived, half our group left and paid for a different hotel. The linens on the bed had stains and we had to wash them - note the stains were gone after the wash. The location of this unit is on a very busy road and the sounds are the same whether the windows were closed or open. Absolutely dreadful furnishings, linens - nothing about this place is luxury. Only stay here if you are OK with a freeway side motel 6. Stay away from these units and units like by Bluebird. Absolute rubbish accommodation. Thanks"

"I booked Luxury Condos Menlo Park through Hotels.com expecting a clean, comfortable, and professionally managed stay. What I actually experienced was incredibly disappointing and far from the quality described in the listing. Right from day one, there were serious issues. Most notably, there was no running water when I arrived. I had to reach out to management just to understand what was going on, and there was no proactive communication about such a major problem. It took nearly an entire day before water was restored—something that should never happen in a property advertising itself as “luxury.” In addition, there were no clear instructions on how to access or use the parking garage, which caused unnecessary confusion and delay when trying to get settled in. For a supposedly premium property, this lack of basic information was both frustrating and unprofessional. Inside the unit, the shower was clearly not cleaned properly—there was visible residue and grime, suggesting housekeeping had not done a thorough job before my arrival. Again, this reflects very poorly on the standards being claimed in the listing. Just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, the water went out again within two days of my stay—this time due to a broken pipe in the building. This was a major inconvenience and it took three full days to be resolved, during which time I had extremely limited or no access to water. There w"
