Frampton on Severn Hotel with Pool

"So I booked a deluxe double room. Travelling for work. The drive in and the first impressions are lovely. However the closer I got to my room the more and more tired the hotel got! My room was certainly not what I would call deluxe Not able to control the temperature in my room WiFi barely worked Bathroom dated and couldn’t get hot water out of the tap No privacy, had french doors that opened out onto the golf course with no net or privacy on the window GDPR breach on the TV showed someone else as a guest on it first and last name Flashing lights in the bathroom Room smelt musty Furniture tired and very dated"

"Beautiful venue and rooms were lovely, unfortunately the bed wasn’t very comfortable which was a shame, it looked like 2 divans had been put together to make a king size and there was a hard beam running down the middle of the bed. It didn’t ruin the stay it was just a bit disappointing for such a lovely place. However the cleanliness was top notch and I felt happy overall."

"Booked the stay last minute for the Jazz Festival,and so glad we chose Malmaison. Alex at the front desk was fantastic,friendly and very welcoming and we were also able to park in the underground garage. We stayed in a Club deluxe room which was amazing,overall couldn’t fault anything,this hotel will now be our go to hotel in Cheltenham."

"The reception staff member when we arrived was not very helpful, did not tell us about breakfast or the pool times etc , tried to over charge our room by a lot of money , was not friendly at all The room was clean but every time you used the toilet it made a really loud noise after flushing You also had to pay £8 per night for parking"

"We checked that we could get an accessible room before making the booking. We also stated our requirements on the booking form. The request was on the system but unfortunately not fulfilled. We were told if we didn’t accept the room, we would not be refunded (even though the hotel had admitted fault). We were then taken outside (in the rain), to go through the bar, restaurant and many doors before reaching our room. The rooms are extremely outdated, with no air conditioning and the radiator being on, with no means to turn it off. The tiny gap in the open window did nothing to help the situation. Accessibility for wheelchair users is ridiculous. I can honestly say it is one of the worst, disorganised places we have ever had the misfortune to stay at "
