"Bed and pillows were awful. Towels were stained. The shower faucet was not connected to the shower and had to hold it to turn it on. The toilet was loose. The room needs carpet, bed and pillows replaced. Also bathroom fixed. I will not stay here again."

The young lady working the front desk, Lexi, was extremely informative on directions on how to get to where we were going and she also suggested a little Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot called Fridas! The food was amazing. Next time we are down at winstar we will definitely be staying here again. "

"The bathroom door would not stay closed. The door to the outside seemed very unstable. We put a chair against it to secure it! In all the property was not well cared for and nothing like the pictures posted on Expedia would not stay here again. "
