“Clean room, Great Brownies, Great Biscuits, Great Banana Nut bread. Loved the breakfast and Connie and John were so welcoming. Reserve the Rose room as it is the best room in the house. ”

“Construction on I35 was horrible, no fault of the hotel. Very, very loud. The pool was closed and we were not informed. The fridge in the room was nasty. The smoke detector in the room was covered with plastic. There was a very strong smell of something burning on the elevator and all throughout the hotel. That, in combination with a covered smoke detector did not give peace of mind. When we asked about the burning smell, the night clerk said it was probably the elevator because too many people……

“bring a mop and broom if you stay longer than 1 day. we stayed 7 and had to clean the room before we moved in. Book 3rd party cause desk is lot more. they run 2 hotel names and 2 prices at the same front desk”

“Beds felt like they had sand on them and the mattress was no good. Also we didnt have curtains that actually covered the windows it was just a then see thru one. Was not impressed.”
