Extremely clean and beautiful home

The pictures don’t do this house justice. The house was spotless! Very spacious and perfect for a family getaway. Will definitely stay here again! The communication was fantastic. 10/10 recommend

Large, clean, felt new

House was as described with a well stocked kitchen that made the large group gathering easy! Bedrooms and upstairs were spacious! No backyard seating which would have been really nice! Overall happy with the description, the location and the unit

The house was very nice and accommodated our group of 11 well. The only complaint is the queen bedrooms did not have queen size beds and were actually full size. Otherwise, the home was beautiful.

Enjoyed the house and our week in Bethany!

We enjoyed the location of the house (we've stayed here before, at Ocean View Beach Club), and the house itself is lovely and was perfect for our family of 9-10 people. We did have the feeling that maybe this was the first time this unit was rented by the owners; just a few details that were either not clear or shared in advance. But overall it's a lovely home and we'd stay here again.

Great home for a family outing

This home was well designed and maintained. Every room offered a comfortable bed, and ample space for luggage. The community offered a nice pool for the children and parents to enjoy.

Nice House, Poor Management

The house was great. However, we were their very first renters and the management company was not great. The AC didn't work for the first 3 days, during the summer, so it was no great. It took forever for the management company to address the issue. The owners were nice and equally frustrated but still the AC didn't work for the first 3 days. If everything had worked as expected then it would have been great. If you don't have to rely on the management company for anything you should have a good stay.
