「Wish we had a different room, right next to the elevator wasn’t great for having a child. Very loud, smelled like smoke.」

「I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.」

「The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.」

「One thing I can say I was HAPPY, & THRILLED, as a young girl I always LOVED the beach and watching movies where my favorite actresses lived on the beach or even closed by was always a dream of mines. Stepping in that room and seeing that view was like a dream come true. It took my breath away. I loved it, loved it. Everything in the room was perfect. 「Cool place great location. I’m sure it’s better amenity wise when the pool is open. Breakfast was help yourself to an egg and sausage sandwich from the fridge. The microwave is over there lol. It is what it is. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. Location was the best part. For the money it’s a 3 1/2 to 4 」

「Location, it’s proximity to Ocean City as well as Bethany Beach and Dewey Beach! Within walking distance of some of our favorite restaurants.」

「The hot tub and pool were closed but advertised as opened. If I knew it was closed I wouldn’t have paid to stay here. Call before you go if you are interested in the amenities. The breakfast is not really good also.」

「We love staying at the Avenue! Breakfast is always warm and tasty and they go above and beyond to make guests comfortable. Love hanging out in the beautiful lobby for wine and cheese or just to take a break from the heat. We will be back again soon!」
