「Overall, the room seemed tidy, but the room floor mat was too dirty and the hotel did not provide slippers. I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. You can imagine how dirty the room floor mats are.」

「We had a wonderful stay in Frankston. It was off season and pleasantly quiet. The amenities provided at the condo were more than sufficient. With the Cole's and other shopping so close we rarely left the building. When we did go into Melbourne it was easy on public transit or UBER. We highly recommend this property for a great get away.」
