This beautifully updated family-friendly home is just one mile from Fraser Valley Sports Complex and is perfect for vacationing with loved ones or friends. With multiple spaces to gather, as well as plenty of room to spread out, you’ll have the best of both worlds. The chef in the group will love the modern, open kitchen, with granite countertops, tons of cabinet space, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a handy pot-filler faucet that is mounted above the stovetop. Just adjacent is the dining room with seating for 12, great for family meals and board games with the kids.
During downtime when you're not out exploring, there are two seating areas; a cozy sectional next to the dining room table, perfect for a book, and a living room with multiple couches, a TV, and an expansive DVD library.
Upstairs are all four bedrooms, including two main suites with king beds and en suite bathrooms. Another bedroom features matching sets of twin bunk beds, and the final bedroom features a double bed and another set of bunks.
But your favorite space to gather will probably be outside on your deck, soaking in your private hot tub. If the weather is nice, throw something simple on the grill, settle in for a soak, and later, as the stars come out, toast your good luck at finding the perfect mountain vacation home.

Very clean house perfectly located within walking distance to Fraser and on the bus line to go further. The Fraser River Trail Head is steps from the front door. We recommend this house.
The property was great! Loved the cover over the hot tub. Clean, quite ans well stocked!
Could use a larger kitchen trash can and full length mirrors in the master bedrooms at least.

Wonderful accommodations!!!
The entire home was clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all items needed! The hot tub was hot and wonderful! Plenty of towels, toiletries and other necessities. We would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
Overall the stay was very nice. The house was as advertised, nice and clean and plenty of space for a group of people. Quick walk across the street to the shuttle and can get anywhere in town (Fraser/Winter Park). Very short walk to the River Trail. Very nice.
This place encouraged large family groups but living room seating was limited. We could never reach the owners for our requests to get the propane tank unlocked so we could use it so no meals using the grill. We suggest several more hooks for hanging all our ski gear like on the backs of doors and on walls. Night lights in the bathrooms would help with late night trips. The teenagers found the bunk beds very rickety so we suggest stronger ones. Lid to coffee maker was broken when we arrived. Also there were no bureaus in the bunk room or the queen room with bunks. Hooks everywhere would eliminate the need for bureaus. Another shelf like in the queen room would be nice. We recycle and there was only a trash barrel so a recycling bin would be good. Also if a large family is staying for a week, an additional trash pickup would be nice so next visitors have room for their trash.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Clean, spacious, comfortable everything was great!!
The townhome is perfectly located to access all kinds of outdoor activities, grocery store and restaraunts! The place is set up well to accomodate a group of 6-10 people (if adults can handle bunk beds). The kitchen is well-stocked. However, I recommend the host provide more kitchen towels and inventory coffee mugs, several had huge chips in them. Communications were slow among a third party and several different hosts. Otherwise great place. Would rent again and recommend it!
The house was very nice. It fit all our needs.
HOWEVER: ancillary issues created numerous problems.
1) we were given an incorrect code to enter the garage so that created problems before someone came to give us the correct code. 2) the hot tub person came by and we found a skim of debris no the tun which had beer and cookies in it according to the tub guy. He was disgusted. He had to drain the tuib and rhe fill it and add chemicals so we could use it the next day. 3) th pictures showed a picnic table on the patio. A new cover had been put on the porch so the patio table was sitting in 2' weeds in the yard. Not usable. 4) I was grilling dinner for my family and the meat stopped cooking. I went to change the tank and the spare was empty! Texted vacasa and asked for some butane and basically they said they could have some over the next day! Brochure said tanks would be full. My son had to go to the market who had had a power outage so it was difficult to get served. He bought a butane tank so we could finish cooking dinner and arrived home about an hour later. We did finish cooking dinner. 5). There are no instructions to what to do with trash. We did find the trash bin but once it was filled I had to contact vacasa to get someone to come get the trash. After several exchanges indicating it was a health hazard having garbage sacks sitting in the garage someone did come by and emptied the trash can.
Normally there is a book of some kind that discusses where things are, who to contact etc. final note, I had texted several questions to the owners but never heard back. Like what type of coffee to bring, did they have a griddle... crickets...

Access is easy to Winter park
Property is easily accessible for winter park location.
Hot tub is located at very unsafe location and not accessible due to snow/sleet in winter months. People like to enjoy in hot tub if it is accessible even in winter months, but due to safety issue, people can't access it by risking their life. So Charges related to hot tub should not be included and should be optional.

Great multi-family home
This house is perfect for 3 families. Rooms are situated nicely. Hot tub is great. All necessary cooking necessities are present. Close to town. The only thing I would recommend a change to is preparing the home for occupants. It was FREEZING when we arrived and took hours to warm up and heat really never got to upstairs. Only felt heat coming through vents in bathrooms and by staircase. Rooms were never warm or super comfortable temperature wise. I’m surprised they didn’t keep the heater on to a degree to avoid frozen pipes, it was that cold. Needs a coat of paint by dining room table. If heater would’ve worked properly, this would’ve been a 5 star review.
