“At 1st glance the place looked pretty good. After getting settled in we found the place could use some tlc. Nothing major that ruined the stay but I was expecting more. Overall I would still recommend after it gets the attention it needs.The people I was in contact with were very friendly and helpful. ”

Host was very communicative and offered to assist if we were to need it, and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job preparing for us! Close to everything but not right on the main busy street in town. We absolutely loved the location and view! Can’t wait to stay here again!”

“Our stay at Lodge 212 was truly amazing!! It had literally EVERYTHING that you need for your stay. Luxury accommodations and furnishings in literally every room! Close to RMNP and our kids LOVED the playground in Winter Park which is super close…we went every day! It was their favorite part of our trip! The host was very responsive and the property was spotless and smelled SO good!!! I’m still trying to figure out the air freshener when you enter…it’s amazing.”

“Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this house. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was a huge plus. The hot tub was nice and the views from the second floor were lovely. The driveway was a bit steep- we had a bike hitch on our SUV and had to unload the bikes before using the driveway to avoid scraping.”

The location was perfect—an easy walk to grab coffee or pizza, and just a quick drive to groceries or over to Winter Park, which made everything so convenient.
