Welcome to Rendezvous 99 Stagecoach, your luxurious 2,400 sq. ft. mountain retreat! Offering stunning valley, mountain, and garden views, this 4-season townhome is the perfect base for gathering with loved ones to create lasting memories. Unwind in the spacious living area by the warm indoor fireplace after a day of adventure.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across three separate levels, providing privacy and comfort for everyone. Each of the four large bedrooms features its own streaming TV, a large closet, and a private full bathroom.
**Sleeping Arrangements:**

* Bedroom 2: King Bed with high-end mattress and big screen TV

**Gourmet Kitchen & Dining:**
Prepare delicious meals in the spacious, well-appointed gourmet kitchen, which includes premium appliances, a double oven, and a large refrigerator. The dining table and large island provide comfortable seating for 12.
**Outdoor Living & Amenities:**
* Three private decks to soak in the fresh mountain air.
* Private, professionally maintained hot tub.
* Gas grill available on the deck for outdoor cooking.
* Dedicated workspace with private Wi-Fi.
* Large-capacity washer and dryer.
2 Large garages with ski and bike racks can accommodate large groups and provide safe, secure indoor storage, plus a work area. An additional refrigerator in the south garage provides overflow capacity. 4 total parking spots on the property give ample space for cars, and overflow parking is available at the ends of the building.
This home is dog-friendly. Please note that a pet deposit is required, and we kindly ask that you inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend. Unfortunately, due to severe allergies, we cannot accommodate cats on the property. Thank you for your understanding.

Great Easter stay
Property was new,clean and had everything you needed. All the bedrooms had a bathroom attached. The bottom floor bunk room was very spacious, sanctuary for three teenagers with a hot tub on the patio. This property is close to everything. It was Easter so we went to church in the neighborhood. Owner was great to work with. Checkin/checkout process was easy and self explanatory. Having 2 garages was definitely a plus. Will stay there again.
