「Fantastic property in Cape Coral. We unfortunately battled Tropical Storm Betty but still managed to squeeze in a lot of hot tub & pool time. Close to Fort Meyers Beach & Sanibel Island, our other favs. Would definitely come back! 」

「Wonderful house and a good location. The pool area outside was the best part of this house but overall it was an amazing house and a relaxing stay. The house is owned by out of the country owners but the local host was responsive and available. The only issue with the house was the cameras located in the pool area that gave a sense of intrusion on our families privacy. I certainly understand the need for security especially when the house is not occupied but the fixed cameras all around the...

「The house had a very nice location. It was very roomy and worked well for our family of six. I can tell from my experience in other rentals that EVERYTHING has been well thought out. The entire family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The unit was very clean. The communication was great as the owner was very responsive (almost immediately)The kids loved to fish with the rods provided. You can't go wrong with this home! 」

「Great property, plenty of space for fun and relaxation. 」

「Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay while visiting with are daughter at FGCU. Went to Sanibel Island during our stay and had a great time. Upon arriving the pool was dirty and the property owner was very friendly, responsive, and very apologetic. He got a pool cleaner out the very next day for us. Very pleased.」

「Awesome house and pool on canal. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the bikes available, fishing poles, grill and all the beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Lovely house and lots of space. Beds were comfortable and nice appliances. Would definitely stay again if in the area!」

We did all the cooking for our 4 night stay and anything you needed was there. Bed were comfortable and all the electronics worked flawlessly. Outdoor sound system was great!We will be back as the entire group of family loved our stay. 」

「I LOVED this house. It was so beautiful inside & out. The convenience of having a pool as soon as you open your door was great for the children! It was in a great location! My only recommendation is maybe some more lighting to help the pathway from the driveway to the door but I have absolutely no complaints. Will most definitely stay here next time I’m in North Port!!」
