  • The Austin St. Bungalow is a recently remodeled 2000 Sq. ft. home located in the heart of the Historic District. This private 3 bedrooms and 2 bath home is just steps from downtown Fredericksburg. This home is conveniently laid out and spacious which is perfect for groups, friends, families and Bachelorettes and has a beautifully landscaped front and back yard with an amazing fire pit. Perfect for extended stays with washer and dryer provided and a full kitchen!

Relaxing weekend in Fredericksburg

The property was absolutely gorgeous and a perfect place to relax for Memorial Day Weekend. We really enjoyed walking the two blocks to get coffee in the morning and exploring downtown.

We have stayed here the last 3 Christmas visits. Very close to town, clean, comfortable. Firepit, quiet, and a large backyard. Would stay here again.

Great place

Perfect place to stay for group or family. Close to main street so you are next to all the activity but back off enough to have an enjoyable sleep and quiet time. The back yard is awesome from the fire pit to large table under the pergola and large yard you feel very secluded. The house is spacious and kitchen is fantastic. You definitely won’t go wrong staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor space, and loved all of books available. Our only regret is that we only stayed for one night.

Great place to stay

This is my second stay at this property. Very clean and close to Main Street, but not so close as to hear traffic or anything like that. Very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Excellent communication with owner.

Lovely. It was the absolute perfect place for a five girl, 40th birthday. The home is wonderful with plenty of space to spread out, eat, read or play games in the library of which we did all! Plus the beds were very comfortable and everyone slept soundly!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

The bungalow is beautifully appointed. Marissa was an impeccable host! We had a wonderful time, and could not have chosen a more convenient or comfortable home for our first trip to Fredericksburg. We will definitely be back and I would book this place again in a heartbeat!
