Great location!

Great location for downtown shopping and easy access to highways. A total of 8 of us and we were very comfortable here.

Conveniently located - we walked everywhere! House was very clean and well appointed. Best part was the kitchen! The giant island was great for eating and socializing!

Great spot!

We loved the location of the house to Main Street, as we were able to walk to most places. Very comfortably fit 5 friends and the huge kitchen island was a hit! We also enjoyed the back patio, perfect for morning coffee. Everything was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this property for a fun trip to Fredericksburg!

Great location and greet place to just hang out

We loved hanging in the kitchen, watching a movie in the living room, having wine on the back patio. It worked great for our party of 5 women. We walked downtown everyday..easy! Also a bonus is the place right behind the house with a little market, brewery and greet place to eat-Pi Social. Highly recommend this charming place.

October fest

The house is beautiful, pictures do not do it justice. Beds were comfortable, house is roomy and very clean. Although the home sits in town the backyard with the large tree, swing set and covered patio was quiet and private.

Love the home

The house is beautiful. Honestly the pictures does not give it justice. We took a girls trip, we were able to enjoy Fredericksburg but also relax at the house. The back porch was our break retreat.

Fredericksburg Getaway

We very much enjoyed both Fredericksburg and our accommodations. The house was perfect for our needs. Within easy walking distance of Main Street and its many attractions. The bedrooms were for the most part roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is enormous and well-appointed and the living area well-furnished and comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting out on the backyard patio and the kids loved the backyard play set. Overall, it was a very positive and enjoyable experience. The rent is certainly not cheap, but seems to be in line with other properties we considered in the same area.

Fredericksburg Food and Wine Fest

This property was PERFECT for our stay in Fredericksburg to attend the food and wine festival. It was perfect walking distance from everything and a beautiful home. The kitchen space was great for us to all be together.

Amazingly cute house

Perfect stay! Couldn’t recommend it any better. We went to the Christmas parade and it was walking distance from our stay. They are developing a great market next door as well that had live music.

Very Nice house but had a water leak

The house was very nice, kitchen was large enough for all of us to eat as well as play card games, etc. Kids loved the swing set and the pool. The A/C did not cool the master bedroom that well but it wasn't unbearable. The master bedroom had a strong musty/mold smell and ended up with a water leak from the exterior due to the rain. You would need to confirm this has been repaired and all mold has been removed.

Disappointed

Overall dissatisfied!!! Electrical issues took up two days of our stays time waiting on repair people to show up. Was lied to about the issues and we had to end up calling electric company out ourselves. Then thermostats didn’t work up stairs after that and no one ever came to repair. Temps weren’t to desirable.
