"Excellent location for the ballpark, friendly staff during the busy check-in time as well. Staff ensured we were not disturbed by a large wedding party that had been celebrating through the weekend too which was thoughtful on their end."

"I would not recommend this place, they are severely under staffed. When we got there we had to wait 20 minutes in the lobby to check in because no one was there. The place smells musty, especially the elevator. They didn’t clean very well or even remake the bed. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the owner needs to completely rehab the place and hire more people!! "

"All of the important things this hotel easily checked off my list. The front desk staff was kind, my room was clean and I felt safe. They truly do have excellent security at this hotel, and it might be a little stricter than your use to, but it honestly was appreciated. One of the biggest perks of this hotel is its location. You have an excellent view of The Arch and it is right next to a metro station that can take you across the river to the heart of St. Louis in near minutes! The only real complaint I have was the condition of the carpet in the hallways, it was a bit worn, but that is such a minor complaint. All in all, really a good budget friendly option if you are in the area and I plan on staying here again if I find myself in the area."

"Hotel room was nice besides only had one chair in king bed room besides the chair at desk to sit on to chill out. That is not a good thing when there is two people staying in room and you don’t want to sit on bed. Staff were nice. "

"From the initial check in to check out our stay was amazing. Our room was immaculate as were the hallways. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant, helpful and polite. This will now be our hotel we stay at for every St. Louis trip. Truly a delightful stay."

"The staff was excellent, I want to point that out first and foremost from the valet to the front desk. However, the bed was hard, the pillows were harder, and the A/C unit made a loud knocking/clicking noise for 20 seconds every time the unit cycled. Also, the phone in the room did not work, so I couldn’t call the front desk, etc. I was exhausted when I got back to the room at 11PM (me and my wife were there for a sports event) and didn’t have the energy to address the phone/super loud knocking from the A/C. We slept a very restless night, checked out and went home. For $252.00 for one night I expect a lot more comfort and amenities in a room. Unfortunately next time we are in St. Louis for the night or a few days (which is 4-5 times a year) we will not be staying here. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone with a price tag that high, the quality was of a super 8 with the price tag of a four seasons."
