● Beach Access: The home is just one block away from Surfside Beach!
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: There is room for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.
Beachfront A-frame is a two-bedroom, one-bath home designed for easy, comfortable beachside living. The main floor welcomes you with an open living, dining, and kitchen area, where large windows and a sliding glass door frame wide-open views of the Gulf of Mexico. Step onto the deck to sip your coffee with the sunrise or enjoy dinner outdoors as the sea breeze rolls in.
The main-level bedroom offers a queen-size bed, with the bathroom located just across the hall. Upstairs, the second bedroom includes two full-size beds, a full-size futon, and an extra full-size bed tucked into a cozy lofted space — ideal for families or groups looking to spread out.
After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower, gather around the fire pit, or kick back in the fenced yard. Located directly across the street from the beach in Surfside Beach, this home makes it easy to spend your days near the water, with Surfside Beach Jetty Park just a short drive away and the shoreline always within reach.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
