Family beach vaca

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the house and front porch was amazing and so peaceful.

We had a great stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The beach was just a few minutes away by car, which made it super convenient for our daily outings.Inside, the house was well stocked. All of the bathrooms had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals—lots of pots, pans, and utensils—although a kitchen towel would have been helpful. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms, but we did notice one bathroom didn’t have extra toilet paper.The property management team was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the experience even better.Overall, we’d definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great location

The house was beautiful and spacious. Having bathrooms in each room is so valuable everyone felt comfortable. There was a few hiccups we encountered but Monique the host took care of our needs and was very responsive. The only thing I would add if the owners can is to have a path dedicated to the house versus driving on the beach. This was not an issue for us to drive to the beach but having beach access was important to me as for convenance and accessibility. Monique was wonderful and very responsive.

Overall, enjoyable stay

I didnt realize the property was going to be on well water when choosing this rental. The metallic smell and light yellowish tint of the water was a complete surprise. (They have a reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink, but has limited capacity though.) Please bring extra bottled water for brushing teeth, consumption, etc...There were a few issues with cleanliness upon arrival, but was able to get host to resolve issues fairly quickly. The view was outstanding and worth it for the rental. It would have been nice to have a direct access to beach, but the closest beach access was about a block away, so not bad at all. The beach was very clean, not too crowded for the holiday weekend. The house was adequate for our group. Smart TVs in all rooms. Plenty of seating. Mattresses were comfortable. The linens were clean. Plenty of toiletries. All you really need to bring is yourself, some food, and change of clothes! Everything else is provided!

Worked for our group. House looks different from the online information. No surprise there. They always do. Know it's a rental and for sale (way overpriced), but owner needs to fix the front door and lock, add to their kitchen equipment, and general updating. It would be better for the owner and guests.

Annual Family trip to Surfside

Clean, amazing view of the ocean. We usually have a bigger group so we picked a smaller home this year still it meet our needs plus pet friendly. The home was great and the property owners were very responsive. A few small hurdles to be expected. The house was cool & comfy.

Great home! Nice place! Beautiful views!

We enjoyed our trip! The view of the beach was beautiful, the house was very clean and very close to the beach, only we didn't check that it didn't have its own way to get to the beach we had to take our cars to get there, it was just few blocks away in our cars. We found everything we needed in the house except a blender we were trying to cook something that required a blender. Please add it to the list. We had a great time there even though! Thank you Monique!
