Escape to your own piece of paradise at this cozy 1-bedroom retreat located right on the Gulf Coast in Surfside Beach in the 6-unit Livin' the Dream. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature with breathtaking views of the ocean, perfect for beachcombers and surfers alike. Start your day with that sunrise cup of joe or cool cocktail at sunset on the covered separate deck right outside your front door!



The Space:

Prime Location - direct access to the beach with unobstructed views of the Gulf and ship channel.



Comfortable Interior - single bedroom layout provides a relaxing and intimate space for your seaside getaway. With a king-sized bed in the master and futon sleeper couch located in the main living area, this is a great choice for romantic getaways, solitude seekers, and beach lovers who wish to walk right out on the sand.



SLEEPING/BATH ARRANGEMENT: (sleeps 2 in beds, will allow up 4 guests max - see description below for details)

~ 1 large bedroom outfitted with a King-sized beds and luxurious fresh white bedding (sleeps 2)

~ Futon couch in living area - please bring your own bedding and sleeping pillows (sleeps 1- 2)

EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.

🏝️ We (The 979 Crew) love our sleepy Surfside Beach community with plenty of sand and surf to enjoy! No touristy chain restaurants, shops or hotels. Just chillin' beach bar and grills, food (and beverage) trucks (like Surfin Rita Daiquiris To-Go), burger joints (like Pier 30 and Sharkies on the Beach) and tasty fresh seafood options (like Seahorse Bar & Grill and Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill) line the water. Surfside is your simple relaxing sandy beach, water sporting, surfing, fishing and crabbing vacation destination.

The 979 Crew is comprised of island locals who are passionate about making sure the home you chose is nothing short of clean, comfortable, and ready for your group's fun! Every home is fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels which are replaced upon every turnover including the duvet covers and shams (we've heard not every company does this, and we think that's just gross). We take clean seriously! When you rent a 979 home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tp and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and the 979 Crew aims to deliver on that commitment. We love our island guests!



🐾 PUP-FRIENDLY:

Bring Fido! We welcome your furry friend (aka family member). 1 x well-behaved dog allowed at this home, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay.



WIFI/TV SERVICE:

Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!



979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:

All 979 rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance. Please send inquiry and details if more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - and good news, No Security Deposit Required!



CANCELLATION POLICY:

For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.



After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.



Reservations made on 3rd party channels/OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hopper etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.
