"Clean room and great service overall "

"This hotel has excellent service. My kids got sick. They have a doctor you can call to get service. The nurse came within an hour, set up IVs and medication. The sheets were changed at 3 am. They have 24/7 cleaning service. Very grateful and pleased with all the attention. They have nurses that take your blood pressure on call since Mexico city is in high elevation. The restaurants were very good. I would certainly come back to this hotel. "

"New remodel of a house into a small hotel. Nicely done, great location. Only problem was I had a small room and my 2 friend each had a bigger room with a great view ( which I didn't have) and we all paid the same price which was a little pricey even for the better rooms!"
