「the view is nice and equipment in room is comfortable 」

「Our stay was very pleasant but not exceptional. The nightly appetizers were appreciated but I would rename them “small bites”. I would have appreciated knowing more about the wines we were poured other than red or white. The breakfast every morning was wonderful! I would have enjoyed coffee before 8 AM. Maybe a Keurig in the room? Overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay but I expected more for the amount of money we spent.」

「Beautiful property. The staff were so friendly and absolutely amazing! They provided outstanding hospitality with a personal touch! My fiancé and I absolutely loved the amenities- our favorite thing might have been relaxing each night in front of the fireplace in our room after a soak in the hot tub. Also, the donkeys were very cute 😁」

「It was lovely to be just 2 miles from Mendocino, with views of the Ocean and having a full cottage with kitchen and dining table. Fairly rustic, not luxury in any means but great value for the price. Careful, the Rose Garden cottage is not a 2 bedrooms cottage. It can sleep 4 but the entire space is open (bedroom has no door) and has large opening to the living room where the sofabed is for the other 2 guests.」

「The room is not bad, with a balcony facing the sea, but the hygiene at the bottom of the bed is not too clean. But it is a pet-friendly hotel, and the administrator service is also very good. The price is a little expensive.」

「You get what you pay for, which isn’t much. Front desk staff was nice. The pool is still under construction. It was okay for a 1 night stay but I wouldn’t book a room there again.」

「Property is a great location. Getting to the beach is difficult. The carpet of our room was filthy. I walked on it without socks and shoes a few times and the bottom of my feet were black. I assumed it had to do with the hot tub, and people getting the floor wet and dirt collecting.」

「Well I’m going to start with a positive…. Great parking and easy access to the main rd thru Fort Bragg. Within walking distance to a few bfast spots and or coffee shops. Which was nice since we had been on motorcycles all day.. Now let’s get into the negatives As many other people have advised if you actually read the reviews. lol. We didn’t…. The hotel is old, dingy, moldy, dirty. What they need to do is close down during winter, since that is the slow season for Fort Bragg. Or...

「Staff was very friendly, gave extra pool towels and room blankets no problem. Good breakfast in the morning, was nice to have on-site pool for the kids. Close to a lot of local things to do.」
