Spacious, clean and fully stocked

Property was clean, amazing location with 10 min driving to mountains and walking to restaurants and shopping. They are always available, even at night when we had an issue with the access code. All our questions were promptly answer. Will fully recommend and look forward to book it again

Excellent Home Base for Skiing

We traditionally stay at ski/in/out properties but decided to stay in Frisco this time to make it more convenient to ski Breck, Keystone, Vail, and Beaver Creek all in one week and this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with washer and dryer was absolutely perfect.

Great place

Perfect for family with friends. couple of blocks from the main drag and right by the free bus stop to Breckenridge and Copper. The place was comfortable and clean with lots of thoughtful touches. (like enough dish soap to actually last the length of stay, humidifiers for each room). When minor maintenance glitches came up the host responded by text within minutes and had a handyman out the next day. Driveway was cleared promptly after snow. Definitely would recommend.

Great Location

Super location, just 1 block of the main street in Frisco, so walking to shops and restaurants was easy! The fireplace stopped working half way through the trip and was never fixed, but it was over the New Years holiday, so this maybe why the problem was not corrected. Other than that, the stay was great. About a 15 minute drive to Copper Mountain and 5 minute drive to Frisco Nordic Center.

Great place to catch up with family

We really enjoyed the living room space -- well laid out with great opportunity for catching up with visiting family. Easy walk to the main drag gave us great opportunities for dining and shopping. This was a really cosy and convenient place to stay. Would stay here again.

Great Frisco Location, Plenty of Room for Five Adults

The condo was perfect for our trip to the Vail, Breckenridge, Copper mountains, a short drive to all resorts. The location in Frisco was great as we could walk easily to bars and restaurants, no need to drive or get a cab. The house was great, spacious, plenty of room for all five of us to stay comfortably. The garage was nice to have to keep our truck in (just fit) and keep it out of the snow falling at night. The management was responsive and able to make sure everything was running smoothly. We would stay here again for sure. Only wish list, is for the owners to put a hot tub out on that nice front deck.

Great location, house needs updating

Kudos to Summit Property Management Team, they were very helpful with the issues we had at the beginning of our stay! We had several problems with the house the first couple of days - the garage door and the front door keypad were both dysfunctional so we could not access the property upon arrival, the fireplace did not work, and the upstairs bunk room had no heat. SPM was very responsive and helpful, however, our stay was interrupted several times due to these issues recurring. Finally on the 5th day of our trip the garage door mechanics were replaced which made things much easier. The property itself was clean and in a great location - easy access to the wonderful town of Frisco and major ski resorts only minutes away. However, it is in need of several updates, especially considering the price point it is listed at. The upstairs bunk room has no heat vents, therefore a space heater has to be run at all times to keep it from freezing. The Master bath has a very nice/new shower but the other two bathrooms are very dated and the tub basins are dingy. Several walls are in need of touch up paint. Overall, we had a fine stay, but this is not a property I would choose again for our annual ski trip.
