Beautiful view!

This property was very comfortable and in a great location. The view from the patio is absolutely stunning! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all you need. Would love to come back again.

Week long ski trip

This property was perfect for a week ski trip in the mountains. Had all the amenities we could ask for to make our stay enjoyable. Hot tub was a short walk away and there were multiple hot tubs so never had to share with another group. Had a very nice patio with an amazing view. Property is very close to grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Would definately visit again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was ok. It was a place to make dinner and sleep. We were gone doing things all day, but the cleanliness of the place did not meet my expectation especially when you are charged a hefty cleaning fee. Dead bugs splattered on walls and bathroom countertops, fan is VERY dusty along with the whole place. Screen door is broke. Beds were comfy, nice pillows I do want to state that you have to go down three flights of stairs to get into the condo!! That wasn’t stated anywhere when booking, so it’s good to know if you have kids or are elderly. Beautiful view of Dillion reservoir! Overall I would Say it was ok, just need better cleaners and a little TLC! :)

Lake Forest condo on Lake Dillon

The view from this condo is the best we've had in our 25 years of renting for our annual ski trip. This condo is spacious, w/ 2 queen beds in the guest room which was awesome for our 2 daughters. The condo also has alot of storage - including roomy dressers in the bedrooms and plenty of closet space, pantry in the kitchen, etc. We also loved the hot tubs. There were some cons: the pillows are HARD and need to be replaced, the garage door stopped working the night before we left, the shower in the master bathroom needs an update (old bathtub faucet/shower head, tile needs a good cleaning, more towel racks, etc.), the kitchen needs more lighting and more silverware, the washer knob is tricky and hard to turn. We did contact the mgmt company re: the pillows and garage door and got a quick response, however, no one ever showed up to fix either problem. Given all of that, I'm not sure we would rent this specific condo again.

Nice place to stay at Frisco

Cozy and perfect sized condo for my family. Beautiful view of Dillon Lake and surrounding mountains right from your living and bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, and Kitchen had everything that we required.Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. However, only complaint is eventhough the unit number reads a 101, but it's not on the ground entry level, rather you have to take 2 flights of stairs down, which was pain with our heavy bags. But I would love to stay here again.
