Great time!

We had a great time! The townhouse is just a few blocks from main street frisco! Near every ski resorts! Very confortable with everything we needed! With beautiful view to a creek!!!! Just 2 little things, beds not to confortable, the tv in second bedroom didn't work and rug a little dirty. But we enjoy our stay very much!!!! Thank you!!!!

Beautiful location and wonderful complex

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was stocked nicely and we were very comfortable! Loved listening to 10 Mike Creek and sitting on the back porch! Lots of trails around to hike and fish! Only suggestion I have would be some Mattress toppers to make the beds a little softer. Other than that we highly recommend!

Great location, close to Main street - but no garage door opener!

Walking distance to Main Street and it's restaurants, hearing the creek as it goes by and the location close to I-70 makes getting to any of the Summit County ski resorts really easy. The condo was very clean at check in and it was properly stocked with dishes / pans / cups / etc., however for those that like to cook at home, the only spices available are salt, pepper and olive oil. On the negative side, the property does not have an electric garage door opener (and the garage door lock doesn't work), and if there are people staying upstairs, you can hear every foot step. Also, a little stingy on supplies - (soap, shampoo, dish washing powder, etc.)

Nice condo

Nice and clean condo that backs up to the creek. One issue - condo above bedrooms - could hear all movements of chairs, flushing toilet, talking. Was noisy! If condo on 3rd floor isn't occupied, very nice.

Needing a Refresh

Great location and basic amenities but this unit needs some serious updating. Old, worn carpet needs replacing and some of the furnishings are in need of cleaning or replacement. The top bunk bed in one of the bedrooms didn't even have sheets that fit the mattress.
