“This was THE best place! It’s a two story condo with a garage. It was spacious and great for our family. We had two adults and 3 kids (5,3, 7 months)! We used the spacious laundry room for our infant and a pack-n-play we brought, and we had both kids in the bunk bed room, but could have separated them if needed. We cooked a lot and There were plenty of dishes to use (a few more kid-friendly things would have been nice, but we managed). The location into town was very close and walkable. The……

“A beautiful, well-managed property only about a 10 minute drive from downtown Idaho Springs. The house itself is gorgeous and is only outshone by the surrounding nature. Every morning we got to sit on the spacious porch and watch the sunrise against the mountains while listening to the little creek that runs right infront of the house. The management is fantastic as well. I had a lot of questions prior and during our stay and Liz always promptly responded, completely answering my questions with……

“Great location! Close proximity to many family activities. Love the spaciousness with lots of beds and gorgeous view from the deck. Sort of missed a tv on the main floor but it was fine to not have it too. Checkin and checkout simple and all the kitchen wares you could ever want! Wonderful to have 2 washer/dryer sets! ”
