"Overall cleanliness of hotel is ok but for a two year plus hotel, noticed the shower room (both on walls and floor) were not thoroughly scrubbed over time. Dust could be seen above counter. The room size and design is what I may reconsider for future stay.
I booked executive room but executive lounge not in service. We were not told that we could enjoy snacks/drinks at the bar (between 5:30-7:30pm) until the last night. Thanks to James at the Concierge who told us about it. At least two other staff at the check-in reception were not as informative when we asked about transportation arrangement to the Wusongkou cruise centre. She told us to book for a taxi when I asked if we could take a ride on the hotel’s coach with the other guests and she said no! I even offered to pay for the ride. Very unhelpful! Thanks again to James when I checked with him before checking out that morning and he arranged for us to get on the coach with the other guests."
