" Clean room and friendly staff "

"Checking in was VERY slow and the guy at the front desk had an attitude about something. The tv in our room didnt work and neither did the phone or the bathroom door. Having said that, the location was very convenient and we really enjoyed the lazy river and outdoor bar. Parking near the hotel was always full so we had to park several blocks away and I didn’t like that much"

"We got a lower priced room with no view. It was more of a motel type room where the door and window faced the walkway outside. The room was large and clean. We didn’t have any issues. Next time we likely will get ocean view ata minimum. "

"I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April 2026. The property is old and in need of some renovations, but it is clean and had all the amenities I needed. I stayed in a room with a kitchen, facing the city but could see the ocean from the side of the balcony. It was amazing being able to go downstairs and be on the beach. The room was only cleaned once during my stay (I think I could have asked for more if I had wanted), but the housekeeping staff left a bag of towels outside my door every day, and I left dirty towels and rubbish outside the door, which they took in a timely manner. When I arrived and had my first shower, the water pressure was way too strong and couldn’t be adjusted. I called reception and they sent a maintenance staff member straight away, who replaced the shower head immediately! Very impressed with their service and helpfulness. One downside to this property is that there was a lot of noise from the street (North Ocean Boulevard), with construction going on next door to the hotel, and also cars/motorbikes driving past with music blasting. The windows are not soundproof!! I would definitely recommend this hotel, just make sure that your expectations meet the reality of this property. "
