Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Mein Mann und ich haben eine Woche in dieser wirklich besonderen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Unterkunft selber ist großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und individuell. Man merkt, dass die Vermieterin ein Händchen für´s Besondere hat. Was unseren Urlaub jedoch so unvergesslich gemacht hat, ist der wunderschöne Außenbereich. Es gibt einen unglaublich schönen Infinity-Pool mit Blick auf den Hafen von Funchal. Aber auch verschiedene Terrassen, eine davon direkt über den Klippen mit schönstem Meerblick. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Madeira kommen, werden wir definitiv wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Amazing !

The villa was breathtaking. Sea views from a private terrace, well kept garden and lawns and a beautiful infinity pool over looking Funchal harbour and Marina. The villa itself was very comfortable, it had air con in the bedrooms and lounge / dining area. A well equipped kitchen and outside dining. The whole package was perfect, and Patricia and Carlos were so helpful and amenable. We can't recommend Funchal Seaside Villas highly enough!

Dream vacations in Funchal

We had a fantastic stay in Patricia's villas. The online photos are great, yet the real impressions are still much better. Super clean, very nice interior and a fabulous host. Patricia was extremely helpful in all respects and her dad had so many interesting stories to tell. Furthermore we were treated with fresh fruits from the garden and profitted from the generousity of the entire host family. The cleaning staff, especially Mara, did a tremendous job! This certainly was one of our best vacations ever. We will be back to Eufemia's Villas in 2026!! We can't wait!

Absolutely gorgeous property. Ticked all our boxes. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Walking distance to downtown area. Would definitely recommend this location.

Großartiges Ferienhaus

Der Blick ist wirklich so atemberaubend wie auf den Bildern. Allein dieser Blick ist schon eine Erholung. Ds Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung gibt es einen Obstteller und andere Aufmerksamkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit Patricia ist immer einfach und immer hilfreich, die mit der Agentur hingegen nicht so.

Einfach wunderbar

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren wirklich traurig als die Zeit vorbei war. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, nichts hat gefehlt. Uns wurde sogar noch spontan eine Yoga Matte ausgeliehen und der Garten bietet sich sehr dafür an. Von Particia, über die Haushälterin Mara bis hin zum Eigentümer Carlos hat sich jeder um unser Wohl gekümmert. Es gab sogar frisch gepflücktes Obst aus dem Garten. Der Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen wurde ebenso auf Wunsch organisiert. Wir haben uns also mehr als nur willkommen gefühlt! Der Blick vom Garten bzw. Pool auf Funchal ist einmalig schön. Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wenn man keinen Mietwagen hat, kann man ebenso zu einem großen Supermarkt laufen und sich günstig ein Taxi zurück nehmen (kann ich nur empfehlen ;) Auch Tagesausflüge sind ohne eigenen Wagen realisierbar. Entweder durch einen der zig Anbieter oder wie wir mit Jorge, einen befreundeten Taxifahrer. Wir hoffen wieder zu kommen, da neben der Unterkunft auch Madeira ein grünes Paradies ist.

Wonderful villa to enjoy Funchal's views and restaurants with an infinity pool

Euphemia villa was a real luxury for the two of us(2 bedrooms). The villas was spotlessly clean, and over two weeks towels and sheets changed twice. Made to feel so welcome by housekeeper Mara, with bananas and passion fruit growing in the garden, breakfast was ready made! The pool, with views over Funchal was glorious, after a day's outing. The restaurants in Old Funchal are only 10 minutes on foot! May be 15 minutes coming back up the hill! Parking easy on road outside property. Our third visit to Madeira and would thoroughly recommend this villa and location.

Schöne Location mit toller Lage

Unmittelbar am Meer, aber in 30-40 Metern Höhe liegt diese Ferienwohnung. Der Blick auf den Atlantik und Funchal ist atemberaubend. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und der Infinitypool ist toll. Die Altstadt mit den Restaurants ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Und Madeira ist sowieso toll.

Tolles Appartment

Wunderschönes Appartement in toller Lage. Der Pool in der Gartenanlage ist umwerfend. Sehr fürsorgliche , hilfbereite und gastfreundliche Vermieter, tolle kompetente Servicekräfte. Wir würden sofort wieder dorthin fahren.

This property is ideally placed for accessing the old town but very quiet and relaxing. The host is extremely helpful and friendly without being intrusive. The accommodation is excellent with fantastic views across to the old town and a lovely pool. Perfect in every way.

Fabulous base - close to the old town

What a great location to enjoy Funchal from. Usually the photos of any property paint a ‘brighter’ picture than reality - in this case the photos don’t do the property justice. A tastefully designed apartment in a beautiful setting - just ten minutes (down hill) to the old town. The garden and views are beautiful - more than a place to stay, a home from home. It is an unusual experience for us to want to spend extra time at the accommodation rather than exploring but the setting, views and tranquility are perfect for a relaxing afternoon. From booking the accommodation, to arrival the experience was seamless. We were greeted on arrival and shown around the place and were delighted With fresh fruit (much of it from the garden) and honey cake waiting for us. The shared pool (only shared with the two other apartments) was welcome on hot afternoons - and the private patio overlooking the sea was great. The team were great and very helpful (even when we managed to lock ourselves out 😳) Would highly recommend a stay

Excellent location and accommodation!

Eufemia’s villa has an even more stunning view than shown on the pictures. The owner (Patricia) and the housekeeper (Mara) are just wonderful, always ready to help if you are in need of anything. The house is very well equipped and it´s only a ten minutes downhill walk (uphill to get back) to the old town with shops and restaurants.

Great Experience

We stayed at this villa with our two young children for one week, and had a great time. Awesome ocean front and Funchal city view on the side. Its inside is roomy and nicely decorated and has all the amenities for our vacation. What we like most is that there is a lot of private outdoor space only for the guests living in this villa. The poor is also very nice. Our children loved to play with the two dogs. The housekeeper Mara was great and very helpful. The onsite private chef service is definitely a highlight of our trip. Thank you for our great experience. I would recommend this villa to everyone. :-)

Eufemia’s Villa

The villa is very clean and bright, every room has a wonderful view. Fantastic location, there is nothing that I can fault about the villa. Mara the housekeeper is a total joy, Mara always has a smile and really goes out of her way to help you and to ensure your stay is perfect. Really recommend the home chef service, chef Duarte is a fantastic chef with really good knowledge about food and wine. It was very good value for money and a very enjoyable evening.

A beautiful find in a fantastic location - faultless!

This is an immaculately presented property, spotless and beautiful in every way. The location is superb as it is in a quiet residential area, however if a more lively environment is what you are seeking the quirky old quarter with bars and restaurants is only a short walk away. We took our two children (10 and 6 yrs) who loved this villa and its pool (which is gorgeous). We had barbecue every night and the location catches the sun until late evening. We didn't have a car and it really isn't necessary - there is a bus stop outside the property but walking is perfectly fine into the centre of Funchal - even with children! I have nothing to criticise about this as it is absolutely fantastic. Patricia and her team are also amazing, very welcoming and incredibly helpful. My only concern is reviewing this as I know it will become fully booked for years to come - but what a beautiful experience all who stay will have! We loved every minute and I know anyone reading this will too.
