- Apartment great charm located on Lido area near the sea and tourist center of Funchal. No need of car as you can walk to the beach, restaurants and pharmacy, supermarkets and shopping center.
walk in 25m is in the center of Funchal.
A very spacious apartment (160 m2) located on the 5th floor, Penthouse.
It has two large bedrooms with sea view, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living room with sea view and terrace facing south receiving immense sun all day and can enjoy the mild climate of Funchal while looking at the sea. Large kitchen where they can-eat 6 people and dining room. Served by a lift from the car park with private place. Furnished with great refinement and comfort elegant touches, while maintaining the comfort and providing everything you need for a short vacation or several months.
A very complete apartment located in a very quiet and safe area served by public transport (buses), stop at 20metros.
The private parking, with opening with command, has private place is at street level and served by elevator that takes you directly to the apartment.

Highly recommend! Host is incredible and a pleasure to work with. Excellent communication and directions. Took her time to show us around the beautiful apartment and show us things on the map. Kitchen was generously stocked with fresh fruit, nuts, crackers, cookies, bread, butter, meat and cheese along with beer and wine. Every aspect of the home is wonderful! Location, living space, views all exceeded our high expectations!

The whole experience was amazing. Frederica arranged transport for us from the airport and met us at the apartment. She had provided a thorough welcome pack and showed us around. The apartment is huge and has everything you could possibly want. It’s beautiful and very well looked after. Frederica is lovely and extremely helpful. It was very relaxing sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea. Supermarket and nice restaurants close by as well as a bus stop for bus into Funchal. I highly recommend staying there.

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic. It was beautiful and clean and had amazing views of the sea. It was so close to all amenities and a short bus ride or a 30 min walk into Funchal. We had a brilliant stay here and would highly recommend.

Our stay in this apartment was amazing and the host (Frederica) is so welcoming and nice! The flat is perfect (and huge!) and the view from the balcony spectacular. We felt like home and will certainly be back. Thank you for everything :)

Great stay
We were very happy with the condo. It is spacey, clean, lots of windows and my favorite balcony with an ocean view, perfect for the morning coffee. Frederica was very accommodating, friendly and responsive. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a nice surprise of welcome started kit of coffee, fruits, bread, ham and cheese which greatly appreciated after long travel day. Location was great for us too.

Excellent accommodation
Accommodation was spacious, stylish and comfortable. Location involved some walking to get to central Funchal but we were quite happy to do this. Our holiday was very relaxing and enjoyable. We wished we had been staying a few days longer.

First visit to Madeira
Superb apartment, very spacious with comfortable furniture and every facility to make it home from home.
Location was perfect, bus stop just outside the property the service was very frequent.
Supermarket and restaurant a short walk away.
Frederica couldn’t have made us more welcome, she answered queries immediately and made excellent suggestions to make our stay memorable.

Beautiful apartment
Frederica maintains a beautiful apartment, furnished with good quality/comfortable furniture and an amazing array of antiques and works of art to make the apartment feel like home. The apartment is ideally located, walking distance to many bars/restaurants and easy access from the secure indoor carpark to the main road network for days out.

Fabulous!
A delightful owner, who helped to make our holiday one of the best. A very spacious, clean and well presented apartment. There was everything you would need to make your stay as easy as possible. The location was fantastic. There was a bus stop just outside and lots of excellent restaurants and shops very close by. It was only short walk down to the coast line. We would recommend the apartment to anyone.
