The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The balcony is big and has an incredible view. The check-in process was a bit tricky because we couldn't find the entrance but once I reached them they explained how to get there and it was smooth from then on. We did not have any hot water for 3 days because the heat pump broke down. They did offer to move us to 2 other apartments but we did not want to take anymore of our vacation time to do a move and it was 25 minutes from Funchal which did not accomodate us. They did give us a discount but to my opinion it could have been more. The location is perfect and the island of Madeira is wonderful.

Perfect accommodation for us!

We wanted an apartment with accommodation for 4 people, and with access to restaurants which could provide gluten-free or dairy-free meals. This was perfect and my only reluctance in giving a good review is that we want to stay there again and don't want it to be booked up next time!
