Good location and beautiful building - that’s about it

Good location in the centre of Funchal and a beautiful building but lacking in other departments…the place smells damp all the time! The in room facilities provided in the room are basic.

Nice apartment, but very unpleasant smell in kitchen area and had to climb on chair to reach kitchen items (pans and toaster).

Kleines Studio mit exzellenter Ausstattung

Dieses 35qm- Studio bot alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt als Selbstersorger benötigt. Auch wenn die Küche winzig war, konnte man sich Essen dank der guten, praktischen Ausstattung zubereiten. Toll ist bei AIA, dass Dinge wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Kaffee, Tee (ggf. Filtertüten) gestellt werden. Das Bett war groß und sehr bequem. Das Bad praktisch und funktional. Alles super!

Wunderschönes Apartment in super Lage abseits der Hotelburgen

Es ist ein Palast! Das Apartment ist mit einigen weiteren Apartments in einem alten, sehr geschmackvoll renovierten, Herrenhaus untergebracht. Das Apartment wurde durchdacht und raffiniert in ein großes Zimmer des ehemaligen Herrenhauses eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt an nichts fehlen, inkl. kleinem Balkon. Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral, in der unmittelbarer Nähe zu Betten Restaurants, und sehr ruhig gelegen. Nur die - schmale und eher weniger befahrene - Straße lässt, aufgrund des Kopfsteinpflasters und eines Gullideckels, die ein oder andere Lärmspitze vernehmen. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft zur Entdeckung von Funchal und Umgebung.

Location and apartment was very good, a little bit too tiny in the kitchen. The kitchen was not working for left handed people. My biggest complaint is that the Tv did not work, which I emailed you the first day of arrival and which was not working when we left and it was Importen for me for a number of reasons. I had expected that you would give us some kind of a compensation at place. I delivered my part and paid and I expected you would do the same. Regards/IH
