「Overall, the hardware and facilities of the hotel are satisfactory and met my expectations. However, I encountered a couple of service issues that I believe are worth noting.
Firstly, during check-in, the amount quoted by the staff was €300 higher than my confirmed booking rate. It was only after I presented my booking receipt that the correct price was applied. It is disappointing to have to manage such billing discrepancies personally.
