Super clean and comfortable rental. Great deck with views of the trees/lake. Extremely responsive when we had to call about the lock. We all enjoyed the space.

Great family get-away!

We had a great time! The house was immaculately clean and well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. The views were lovely and we saw wil turkeys every day! We had to reach out to Linda once with a question and she got back immediayely. Just 3 min drive from Owners Club. Would rent again. Club

Lovely Home, Lovely Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely home in Galena. The things I would say were minor issues, the front door lock was awful. Took forever for us to get in. Instructions need to be clearer. There was no way to turn on the air as it was 85 in the house, but owner was kind enough to come turn it on for us. The toilet on the main level is SO low to the ground. Hard for old people like me to get up and down off of. lol Otherwise it is a lovely home and the back facing the water was beautiful.

Good location for a get together!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful get together for our 6 Middle Ages beauties from several states! The management team was great and we had only small issues with facility. - the biggest issue was the refrigerator and we let the company know our concerns- unfortunately for us it was a weekend. The appliance just seemed to not hold its coldness at all and things melted and were not cold. There were a few minor things like lots of ants and spiders and some tho gs like the underpart of the overhang in the living not being clear out of cobwebs / spiders but overall- a beautiful place and it was fun to stay here last minute after our original place was canceled on us due to their air conditioning equipment flooding. Overall nice trip to a quaint town. Truly have to give it to the management staff whom without- we could not have made this trip possible! Thank you again! So appreciated your honestly and all the help! You are wonderful!
