"Our room was beyond filthy! The floors turned our feet/socks black. The smell of the room was awful! What was the worst part? The ROACHES!!! The bathroom had small baby roaches crawling around. The tv's are very old and outdated, all are, whether they're the Samsung brand or not, old tvs. The AC didn't work that well either. The smell in our room was so strong from whatever they used to clean it was hard to deal with. The smell of the elevator was pretty rough as well. They only havev1 nightstand which is very inconvenient when more than one person is in the room. The cart to bring in luggage on was so dirty it looked like someone had brought car motors in on them. We will not stay here again. The roaches & nasty floors was enough for us."

"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The mosquito problem was terrible—even inside the building and guest rooms. While the room appeared clean at first glance, a closer look showed that it had not been cleaned thoroughly. The staff was also very rude from the moment we checked in. I clearly stated that I was not interested in a timeshare presentation and simply wanted to get my room keys so I could continue with my day. However, I was not allowed to proceed until speaking with another representative. I politely explained multiple times that I was not interested, but she continued her sales pitch. When I firmly stated that I was not going to change my mind, she responded with an attitude and asked, “Why not?” After that, her demeanor became just as rude as the employee who initially took our payment. Overall, the only positive thing this property has to offer is its beach access. Between the mosquito infestation, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional staff, I would not recommend staying here."

"Room was smaller than other hotels in the area. One of the sheer curtains was torn. The lower luggage table upon entering the room should probably be removed because there's not much space between it and the corner of the wall. Breakfast options were waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, prepackaged Hostess crumbcakes, and coffee. The hotel was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable, and towels were soft."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful; parking was easy and the room was great (we received an unexpected upgrade). We've stayed before and the standard rooms are also very comfortable. Most everything is within walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were being refreshed but they said it should be back in operation later in the summer. All in all, a very enjoyable few days. We'll be back in the fall."

"Cleaning ladies and front desk clerk are not honest people and will steal your things. After finding my daughters suitcase we left behind if anyone turned it in instead we seen it in the backseat of the worker vehicle. We knew because they fled the scene but they were reported to police. No breakfast due to kitchen renovation they dont mention when booking so expect muffins :) Was told by a cleaning lady after bringing up sheets that she just dropped on the counter that she didnt make enough for this and left. My son had a small accident on the bed and we requested the room be cleaned that morning to replace bedding, vacuum and replace towels. We returned at 5pm and no cleaning had been done and no clean towels. This is the worst place i have ever stayed and warn you before you consider booking here that you wont be expecting much and the staff are not good people. Dee was so rude and she stated she didnt care or make enough to worry about ensuring i was comfortable for my stay since all cleaning ladies left and no rooms are cleaned. O and maybe just maybe your room will be cleaned but dont forget to request it or else they will assume u dont like your room to be cleaned."
