The perfect place for the entire family! Fishing, boating and bird watching located on protected lagoon on west Galveston Bay. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from spacious upper /lower decks or the screened porch, right on the water. Fish off dock with underwater lights which attract tons of bait and fish. This is one of the best fishing spots on the island. Community pool, marina with free boat launching area, and beach are all within walking and viewing distance.

This is a spacious home with many outdoor and indoor areas to spread out and enjoy both the beach and bay.

4 Bedroom: 2 king, 1 queen w/ baby bed, 4 twins. 2 1/2 Bath: Master with whirlpool tub and separate shower, Second Full Bath/shower combination, half bath upper level and outdoor shower downstairs for use after visit to the beach.

Wrap around porch with large uncovered deck for sunbathing upstairs, covered patio and screened porch downstairs with dock for fishing and crabbing. Charcoal BBQ pit and propane gas burner for outdoor cooking. Fish cleaning table right on the dock.

HD flatscreen TV with cable and sound system, DVD in main area. Wireless high speed Internet, Wifi and wireless printer. Fully stocked kitchen for the gourmet cook. Washer and dryer. TV with Comcast cable.

No need to bring ice. Commercial ICE MAKER makes up to 260 lbs. ice a day.

Ping pong table, Bean bag toss, horseshoes, badminton, beach toys, kayaks, boogie boards, crab traps, Lily Pad, nets, bait traps for your use.
