"Excellent staff and location"

"The use of an e-butler through WeChat was very efficient. We got our request for extra clothes hangers answered very quickly and the hangers were in the wardrobe after our return from dinner. Excellent location, within walkable distance to the Muslim Quarters and close to the Bell Tower subway station. Lots of things to shop and see around the hotel area. Would highly recommend this area. Very helpful staff by the WeChat name of 微[风]..雨 who helped to wheel my luggage to the waiting van out in the cold to see us to the van which sent us to the airport."

"Room was roomy and spacious for a family of 3 - 4. Shopping / dining options around the hotel was fantastic. Hotel staff was accomodating. Would go back again if i'm back in Xi'an."
