Staff was ok. The hotel surroundings and access was dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families. There are a lot of homeless folks in the area and the parking garage is sketchy.

Staff, pool, maids slam the doors and don’t leave clean towels after you put out dirty towels. Pool was cold and dirty. No breakfast as advertised.
