The apartment is in a very quiet location, ideal for anyone looking for rest and relaxation. At the same time, you can reach picturesque hiking trails in the surrounding area as well as the lively Partenkirchen pedestrian zone with its various shopping facilities in less than 10 minutes on foot. A sunny balcony invites you to unwind and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

With two cosy bedrooms - one with a comfortable double bed and one with two single beds - the apartment offers space for up to 4 people.
The fully equipped kitchen with dining table offers everything you need for preparing hearty meals and cosy get-togethers.
A stylish bathroom and an additional guest WC ensure pleasant comfort. Another practical feature is the separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. You can park your car conveniently in the car park directly in front of the house.
