Great location and views, the owner was most helpful. Happily stay there again, note four bedrooms and only two lavatototies, otherwise hard to beat

Villa Gaïa Sylvie’s villa is beautiful and has a wonderful view of the Ocean. It is a home away from home and had everything we needed - our stay was faultless. Communication was simple, fast and welcoming. It was also modern and great for entertaining. We cannot wait to come back next year!

Villa Gaïa "Wir konnten eine tolle Woche in der Villa verbringen. Die Aussicht und der beleuchtete Pool bei Nacht ist einfach traumhaft! Leider hatte es besonders viele, sehr aggressive Mücken zu dieser Zeit, weshalb wir leider fast nie draussen sein konnten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles was man braucht :) Leider mussten wir jedoch diverse Mängel feststellen. So funktionierten zum Beispiel viele Lichter im und um das Haus gar nicht (z.B. Toilette im Obergeschoss funktionierte gar nicht oder sämtliche Beleuchtung im Aussenbereich). Ebenfalls verfügte das Haus über eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, weshalb unsere Kleider (trotz täglichem Lüften) feucht waren.. viellicht solltet ihr mal über eine abgepasste Belüftung nachdenken. Leider mussten wir auch bereits am ersten Abend feststellen, dass die Bettwäsche in allen Zimmern feucht war und stark riechte. Während der Woche mussten wir feststellen, dass auch all unsere Kleider feucht wurden… Tipp falls jemand mit dem Auto zur Villa gelangen möchte; die Strasse hat viele grosse Löcher, weshalb ein tiefergelegtes Auto sehr schwierig durchkommt.. wir hatten grosse Probleme mit unserer Limousine. Zu Fuss gelangt man jedoch auch innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zum Hafen :) Das Check-In mit Agnès funktionierte super und wir konnten bereits 1h früher einchecken, vielen Dank hierfür! Nach unserem Aufenthalt bekamen wir leider eine Entschädigungsanfrage von Alexandra, Camille & Co, wo sie uns verschiedene Schäden in Rechnung stellen wollten, einige die bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt bestanden. Dass wir nicht zuerst direkt angegangen wurden um dies zu klären, hat uns sehr erstaunt und war sehr schade. Letztlich konnte der Support von AirBnB zum Glück feststellen, dass diese Schäden nicht gerechtfertigt waren. Es empfiehlt sich, dass man zu Beginn das Haus genau anschaut und bestehende Mängel festhält."

Sur les hauteurs à l’entrée de Saint Tropez

Nous recommandons à 100% cette location tout d’abord pour sa vue sur le golfe de saint tropez, son calme, sa propreté et ses petites attentions. Dommage de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la terrasse et de la piscine (les enfants se sont quand même baignés, piscine chauffée) car à cette période pas de soleil sur cette partie de la maison (début novembre) mais l’été ce doit être un régal. Et un grand merci à Agnès qui nous a remis les clés pour ses conseils et sa bienveillance ! A refaire !
