Ambience is very relaxing and fits in nicely with the traditional vibe of Suzhou, it has a lovely garden to stroll in and even interesting cultural artifacts on display around the corridors. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is also very clean, comfortable and spacious. But the taste of the food at breakfast and the noodle restaurant weren't the best."

Front desk is helpful and gifted me a small bag of cookies. Bottle water is provided as well as one time comb and toothbrush . Location is excellent, right next to Guanqian street. When you walk around, take metro exit 5, which has an escalator."
