Such a cozy little cabin. The recliner by the fireplace was my favorite spot to read a book after a busy day out and about, with the fireplace going. The hot tub was also another relaxing spot we were in every night. Definitely worth the stay here.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was so nice, cozy, decorated with bears everywhere. Loved the layout, cleanliness, maintenance. Quiet road, easy to get to downtown. Only 2 minor problems: hot tub was a bit smelly, and was hoping for a Mountain View.

Quick Family Getaway

The Lazy Bear cabin was fabulous! We arrived on Thursday evening and never wanted.to leave. It was the perfect distance from town, just far enough away that you felt secluded. The cabin had everything you needed to prepare meals, was very clean and super cozy! We hope ti return soon!

Tournament Travels

We spend a lot of time on the road for tournaments and vacations. The location was perfect for Rocky Top Sports World Tournament while also allowing us to enjoy downtown with ease. The kitchen was stocked so well; we were able to cook meals between games. Lazy Bear Cabin is officially on the “revisit” list!

Booked our trip early November looking for a cabin near Gatlingburg and for 4 people. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. It was spacious and had all the amenities described. Very clean and cute decor! Also very peaceful and easy to find.

Great experience. The cabin is 15 minutes from Gatlinburg downtown and 25ish from pigeon Forge downtown. The cabin is big enough to fit a family of 6. It’s very calm and safe.

The location of the cabin was convienent to dowtown Gatlinburg area. The rooms were spacious. On the first day, there was a funny smell in the master bedroom. Next day, we move the dresser and a dead mouse was found. Quickly, we communicate the propery manager and respond well to remove on the same day. Also, we found dirty dishes in the cabinet. Assuming they were clean but they weren't clean.

The house was a great size for 3, but you could certainly fit more without being crowded. Very nicely furnished. Comfortable bed. Easy drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Bear decor everywhere…we even added to the collection for fun. Notes: Keep in mind on a Sunday check in you get the property address about an hour before check-in, so it added a little time to our trip. The VRBO distances were from the property management company and not the house itself. We were a little disappointed that we weren’t in walking distance, but once you learn the area it wasn’t bad, but parking is $20 in Gatlinburg.

Place was clean and well decorated. That is what mattered most to me. Place next door is a bit sketch and that was where we initially arrive. Even had a Kroger delivery that was taken to that house as well. Need to mark address better. Also, you have a bit of an ant problem. These things I tell you to help you as an owner. I brought my dad here and he loves black bears. We were checking Dollywood off his bucket list. With that said, YOUR PLACE IS AMAZING. It made my dad so happy, and I was grateful for the cleanliness. Thank you.
