The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but the room needs to be updated immediately. One corner of the tiles around the fireplace was broken. The bathroom cabinet next to the toilet was damaged at the bottom and looked as if a mouse had eaten the wood. The balcony door did not close completely and had a gap that allowed cold air to enter the room. Although breakfast was offered, it was the same selection for three consecutive days: muffins, orange juice, and coffee. I did not interact much with the staff, only during check-in and check-out.

We booked a King room and were put in a double. Hotel could not move us until the next day, then offered no credit or refund. Room keys kept failing so we had to trek back and forth in the freezing cold to the office every time. When we were eventually moved we were put in an adjoining room next to extremely loud people blaring the TV and partying well past midnight. Breakfast was laughable, rooms were dated, and elevator didn’t work. Staff were friendly at least. Won’t be staying here again.

El personal cariñoso, buena atencion. Muy cerca de todo, pero el hotel necesita reparacion. El tv nunca funciono, el lavamanos con un hueco a la vista, le faltaba alguna pieza, se veia moho en tuberias y lavamanos. Cuando llegamos el personal de limpieza tenia todas las sabanas tiradas fuera de las habitaciones continuas y suciedad que dejaba mucho que desear. El elevador sin señalar, sin ningun indicativo, no lo encontramos y la primera vez subimos por las escaleras con bebe y maletas en mano.

The room wasn’t ready at all. I was told that no clean rooms were available and there was no time estimate on how long it would take to get the rooms ready. I pre-registered almost an hour before the designated check in time and then an hour after the designated check in time the room still wasn’t ready and there was nothing to do about it because all the empty rooms continued to be dirty. I never even got a key card to a room or was told where my room would be. There were multiple people in line getting the same explanation that their rooms were not ready and not accessible, just like ours, due to not being cleaned. After my third trip to the front desk to check on our room status I was told by the front desk attendant to go around a do other activities to pass the time and she still wasn’t able to provide a time that the room would be ready and that just because my check in was at 4pm doesn’t guarantee that my room would be ready at 4pm. When I told her on my third time to the front desk that I wanted to cancel she gave me a parking pass and said I should go do some activities and if my room wasn’t ready by the time I finished doing activities then she would cancel. It took four trips to the front desk to cancel my reservation because I wasn’t able to know when or if a room would be ready at all. I understand that they are short staffed, but the least they could do was to be honest that the wait for a clean room would be WELL after the designated check in time

Despite having a confirmed reservation for 12/31/25–1/2/25, I was told upon arrival—after a seven-hour drive—that the hotel had overbooked and had no room for me. There was no advance notice or proactive communication. Being left without accommodations on New Year’s Eve is not something any guest should experience. This reflects poor management and lack of accountability.

Our family enjoyed the stay . Place was clean , staff was cordial , the view was perfect for the fireworks on New Year’s Eve . The only improvement would be the light on the balcon was flicking and the cleaning staff knock on our door and open the room door while we were still a sleep and it was two hours from checkout time , other than that very recommended, you can park at the hotel and walk to everything in downtown and it was quiet during the night .

The views from our balcony were amazing! We could walk the entire town from the hotel. However, the room had a smell to it. On arrival, there was only one towel and no washcloths. Room service brought a bag of towels and washcloths right away but I could tell by the tags that the towels were brand new and had never been washed. The bed skirt was dirty. It looked like there was a waterline around the bottom of it. And the hairdryer was nasty. It was covered with a sticky substance.

we arrived around 430-5 and the room was not ready. that happens, nor a big deal. what was rather disgusting was they left the trash from the previous guests on the hallway for the entire floor. old pizza boxes, toiletries, etc. that was there all night and now we are checking out and it's still there
