「There was a little mix up with the confirmed booking to start with, which appears to be the company’s fault. However our host was amazing and immediately jumped in the help with the problem. He helped us with navigating the area and even exchanging money for local currency. The place was clean, spacious and very well decorated, WE LOVED IT! ❤️ The outdoor area was amazing to sit at, at the end of each day. 「It was not the same as the one i booked. The owner said it was over booked and he arranged a different unit. But it was in very poor condition and we had to find another place. The owner refused to refund our money. I have many pictures to prove my complain.」

「This property is listed by ebookers as being 0.01m from tahrir square. I booked with filters on as for a first short trip I wanted to be close to some attractions. Turns out this place is over a half an hour cab away from there and pretty much in the middle of nowhere. When I arrived, the taxi couldn’t find the property as it was in such a random location and then to add to that they couldn’t find my booking and demanded payment so took a few hours to sort this out. 「新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。」

「The apartments were nice and had everything I needed, at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and the floor plan was nice in the one bedroom unit. I needed fast internet for work and was happy with the connectivity. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a grocery store close by and it was easy to get an uber right at the front door. I didn’t try any of the restaurants nearby but there were a few. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. 」

"We stayed for six nights and got the club access room. The Club access made the whole experience more pleasant, The people in the Club Lounge are definitely the A-Team versus other people in the hotel (The people in the main breakfast area it’s a bit disorganised). The lounge team help us to organise a tour, money exchange and they were extremely helpful, caring. We’ve visited other five star hotels during our stay for dinners, and we are glad that we stayed at the Ritz. The hotel is a bit dated, but good location and pool area tho, they club access team made the difference. "
