「This condo has had updating in kitchen and bathrooms, which are very nice! Being a corner unit and directly on the ocean, it has great views of the beach! We even got to see a couple space shots from the cape, go up from the balcony! The property manager is very responsive to anything you need. The couch and recliner could be updated.」

「Steve and Cathy are wonderful host! Communication was excellent. Condo is clean and comfy with so much attention to detail. The beds are nice and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Has everything needed to prepare meals. Has a wonderful "homey" feel. Nice to sit on the balcony and hear the sounds of the beach. The location is great with easy access to many restaurants and Flagler Ave. for shopping. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend for a great beach...

The only negative thing I have to say is there was no clear indication of which building the condo was in. Luckily a resident was happy to help me figure it out.」
