Everything went fine with this hotel except Expedia did not communicate important details (to the host, that I had already paid and to me, that another tax of 30 RM was due). And I never managed to get a proper answer from them. Very satisfied with the hotel but not with the platform.

房间住宿方面还不错，柜台上的小姐都很亲切，房间整理都很好。而且距离市中心和吃的方面都很方便。

room was really small and no window at all, the walls had water leakage stains all over & paints were dropping off. Staying in the room will never know if its day or night. Only plus point was its location is very convenient, near the major bus terminal (Komtar), a night food street is very closed by too. other than that.. I would not recomment this place at all.

Good place to stay, staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Komtar bus hub, mall, hawker stall and some attraction places nearby. The only problem is can hear noise from outside in the middle of the night. Overall worth staying and great value for budget traveling.

Hotel correcte pour un court séjour.

Situé idéalement dans le vieux quartier de Georgetown, juste à quelques pas de nombreux restaurant et stand de street food. L'hotel est propre et en bon état. Le personnel serviable mais bruyant (claquement de portes). Les chambres sont petites et il manque de place de rangement et un réfrigérateur. Bon point pour le chauffe eau instantané, mauvais point sur le fait que la douche italienne innonde toute la salle d'eau. Bref hotel correct pour quelques nuits et pour qui veux être au coeur du quartier chinois, mais pour le prix on peut être trouver mieux.

The receptionist at the counter is friendly and helpful. The room is ok with the bAsic facilities i need. Street food and coffeeshops are just outside the hotel. The Praganin Mall n Komtar are just walking distance away from the hotel... Some sightseeing places are just nearby as well....A very convenience place to explore around the GeorgeTown

Overall is ok. Room is clean but phone reception is bad. There's totally no service inside the room. WIFI reception is very poor as well. We're like oversea whenever we're inside the room.

Nice small hotel near food street

Value for money. The place is near to Kimberley food street. Room is clean, neat but abit to the small side. Staff is friendly and polite. Walking distance to many sightseeing place. Will stay here again, when in Penang.

地點是在George town的中心, 要找吃的玩的都很方便步行都可抵達, 要回去機場也可以請櫃台幫忙call taxi, 唯一缺點的是房間地上會有螞蟻闖入, 要注意吃的跟個人衣物盡量不要放在地上

Good Hotel

Good stay at this small hotel. Nice staff, decent wifi, clean room serviced everyday during my four night stay. Many places to eat in the surrounding area and within walking distance to the local attractions. Would stay at this hotel again.
