"Wonderful hotel conveniently located near downtown and concert venues. I am a returning guest, and the staff was incredibly kind and quick. The rooms are great, and the beds are so comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with the valet after a sub-par experience on our last visit. Will definitely be staying here again for our next Austin trip!"

"Of all the Home2 suites I have stayed, this is bad. The place is old and they were charging $4.50 cents for a small water bottle, which was supposed to be given as a complimentary. Breakfast was good and lot of varieties. Except the room and hospitality, everything else was good. "

"This hotel was very conveniently located for our trip to watch the Longhorn softball team play. The staff was wonderful, the bartender was attentive and the room was comfy. There was some hair in our shower and our bathroom needed an update. None of that made me not want to return. We will certainly be back! The staff was so wonderful they made up for it all!! One CAUTION….if you’re planning to park at this hotel, the parking is a pay lot contracted with another company. You must scan a QR code and pay $38 per night via credit card. Just something to consider before you believe you’re getting a great deal on the hotel!!"
